We purchased a car from Motor City and we could not be happier!! They definitely get a 10 on customer service! :) Our daughter loves her new car and it was very affordable!! Thank you to everyone at Motor City for making our experience there a pleasant one! We will be back next time we are in the market for another car!

Motor City is THE place to look to get a great deal on a car and are ok with rebuilt. I've bought 2 cars from them and will look there first to buy my next car even though I now live in the KC area. The first car I bought there about 10 years ago had no issues for a long time after the sale and my kids have used it through high school, although there have been some fairly normal repairs and some of the paint has peeled. My youngest still drives it with over 170,000 miles on it! My second car purchased there had some issues during the warranty period which they fixed without any hassle, also giving me the option to replace a part with a new one rather than their standard of a used one and pay the difference, which I opted to. My bank said it was over $3,000 less than their valuation indicated. Since I generally keep a car for years and support reduce/reuse/recycle, the savings and recycle aspects of a rebuilt car works very well for me.

We looked for cars within 200 miles from home and found the perfect car for our 16 year old here! What a nice birthday surprise! Great deal, great work on the car, low miles, excellent warranty support offered, clean like new car purchase! Customer service was friendly and very accommodating! The website was easy to use and when I contacted the dealership, they sent me more pictures of the car I wanted. It was a re-salvaged car, but, they were honest and upfront with me and even showed me the pictures of the "before" and after! I would highly recommend their service, but, buy quick because the cars are moving fast from this lot!
