I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and no less then 2 hours after leaving the check engine light came on and the passenger side windows wouldn't roll down. So I gave the dealership a call only for them to call me back saying the manager said he won't do anything for us because we already got a "deal" on the truck. I then turned around and immediately called the next manager up from the used car sales manager and left him a voicemail which he has yet to return my call and it has been more then a week later. If I could rate russ darrow less then one star I would. Absolutely would never recommend this dealership to any person I know, in fact if they were even debating going there I would strongly urge them against it. RUSS DARROW SELLS CHEAP FAULTY VEHICLES!!!!
