Veterans-DO NOT BUY FROM RUS DARROW in MADISON

We received an offer under USAA car buying service for a “guaranteed” price. Subsequently, we received an e-mail from Russ Darrow dealership with the “exclusive offer” for us for being a USAA member and veteran! When we got there (and after test driving this vehicle), Lucas Branum, sales rep, told us “the price given to us was incorrectly listed.” When I asked them if they would honor the price we were given, they said they would not “just eat the mistake!” The price they give to you is to lure you into the store so they can rip you off. These people have no integrity! Sad that they don’t support Veterans, especially given this was Memorial Day! No integrity!

It is not USAA that is reporting incorrectly. I received an e-mail from YOUR company with a GUARANTEED price! That is just flat out false information you are giving to VETERANS who defend your freedom! If you didn’t intend on honoring the price, you should not have e-mailed it to me! It is appallingly. I intend to call your management team and report to the BBB and every veteran website possible to let them know how shady this is. I have filed a complaint with USAA.

Oil change

Service is always within reasonable wait time. Pricing is fair and staff is always professional. Flavored popcorn is a huge plus with plenty of beverages to choose from.

Oil change

Went in for and oil change. Was told I need a new radiator on a 2016 van. I was also told someone would contact me for a quote and no one has contacted me yet. Also the paint on the hood is bubbling and was supposed to get a quote on that as well.
