Communication was good. Service was completed within the time estimated. Byron, my service associate was courteous and helpful.

I had a good experience at Subaru of Glendale. My sales associate was Dino Zigouris and Baris Zakarian the floor manager was great and finance director Christian Marilla helped me sign the papers who was also great. I highly recommend the dealership.

This is the worst Subaru dealership that I have dealt with in 15 years. The main problem resides with the people who work there, the quality of service and the treatment of the customer. These recurring issues and I see no effort to address or solve them. I made a service appointment via the internet. On arrival, I was told that for the service I needed (which I spelled out when I made the appointment) could not be made via the internet. How is a customer supposed to know this when the site does not even mention it?

Service department has gone down hill and unfortunately I will no longer take our vehicles to them. Adviser Armando and manager Alvin don’t show appreciation for the customers and their time. If you want to waste your precious time, then by all means bring your vehicle to be serviced at Glendale Subaru.

Ashkan was my service advisor he worked on my insurance guaranteed. Great man, works hard, works on time, great service!!
