Service clerk couldn’t find my file initially but finally could, then had problems finding my bill. Then it took half an hour to retrieve my car on which the work had been completed the previous day, despite there being only one other customer!

Great service. They are very knowledgeable and polite service advisors. Car was ready on time and was washed before I picked up.
