Joe was very kind and professional through the whole process, very down to Earth guy. He helped me purchase my new car on short notice, which runs great. If your looking for a classic car or just a trusting dealer than this is the man to go to !

Absolutely amazing experience!

Absolutely amazing experience! Long story short…. Our son was looking for a car. He found one online that we tried to talk him out of. We took him to look at it anyway and after a great conversation, tour and test drive, we were hooked. It’s not a big shop, but it’s a gigantic experience! Joe and his son walked us through the cars history and what we should expect as my son adds some experiences to the car. They traded phone calls and texts with my son and I regarding questions on the car and even helped set it up as a surprise. They have welcomed additional calls from my son even months after the sale. We bought a 2000 Audi S4 mainly because of Joe and his son who went above and beyond to show us everything we didn’t know about this car, which for me was everything. I have since learned how to convince my son that I need to borrow the car to “run errands”. Back roads have never been more fun! When the time comes for me to add a vehicle, Joe will be my first choice. I have no doubt after the amazing experience we’ve had buying this Audi that we will have the same honest and reliable experience on the next one! I 100% recommend ebzzmotors to anyone, and I will be buying from them again!

BEWARE!

BEWARE!!!! EBZZ MOTORS Do not purchase a vehicle from this place, run far away as fast as you can. I was sold a minivan by Joe. He is a smooth talker and made me feel like I was purchasing a great van, also telling me there were no issues. Once I purchased the van, I received a text the same night asking if the van was running good. I answered him the following morning because he then sent me another text in the morning so I replied. Yes, the van is running great. my answer was based off of me only driving the van for about an hour. So on the second day, an engine light showed on the dashboard. I got three diagnostics and I have a catalytic converter issue which needs to be replaced. I sent Joe the pictures showing that I had a Cadillac converter issue and it needed to be replaced, that is going to cost me a few thousand dollars because you have to replace the sensors also. He was very rude and his response was that it was no issues, even after seeing my pictures from the mechanics, I was told by several mechanics that the light was turned out. I also have to replace the gaskets. I have only had my car for one week now, he tried to get me to review, his shop the day of purchasing the vehicle, now I know why he tried to get me to write a review so quickly. All together I have to spend about 5000 extra dollars. I am so upset Joe has sent me about 100 text arguing back-and-forth. I was even threatened that if I made a bad review he would take me to court , but I am ready. I have my evidence and I will post pictures down below. This place has a lot of good reviews only because they get the reviews the same day of purchasing the vehicles and then it’s too late. I hope this helps someone do not make a purchase here.

I’m sorry you had a check engine light warning after inspection in PA. I was notified four days after pick up and the PA inspection. Not the second day as you mention in this review. You declined by saying “sorry you expect me to come all the way to NJ and pay you to fix a problem that was pre-existing. I can do that where I’m from” I replied by saying I would diagnose at no charge and work with you on a repair. This review is not accurate, I offered diagnosis at no charge and I said I would work with you on a repair once we figured out what caused the light even though the van has 165K miles was sold as is and went through PA inspection days before the light came on. You were too busy accusing me of hiding the issue, resetting the light prior even though I offered an explanation and solution, the van passed PA inspection with clean monitors while under your ownership. I tried multiple time to explain how inspection and monitors work. Instead you called me names, spoke over me and were impossible to have a conversation with. You hung up to continue this behavior in texts which I will be quoting from. Delivery was Friday 11/1, I explained earlier that week that I needed to complete repairs, service the van and make sure it was ready for inspection. You were trying to push the delivery date and I asked you to be patient. I gave you first right of refusal before I offered it to the other buyers since you were first to inquire. We went ahead completed repairs, drove the van and checked computer for inspection readiness with no faults codes or lights. I sent you a text telling you it was ready for pick up, explaining all the work we did and included a picture of the computer scan which shows no codes, faults and monitors set. Before delivery on 11/1 we rescanned the computer and verified no faults/codes, monitors ready and no lights of course and sent you the picture of the scan and monitors set. I sent a congratulations text later that afternoon. I got no response so I tried again on Saturday to make sure everything was good and there were no questions. Here is what I received back “Good afternoon, the van is running great. We just got it inspected. We really appreciate everything, it was nice meeting you and we will definitely do business in the future. Thanks so much Have a great day!!” I asked for a review based on that text. So I felt it was appropriate to ask for the review not because “This place has a lot of good reviews only because they get the reviews the same day of purchasing the vehicles and then it’s too late.” This was not only an insult but based on the number of excellent reviews (300+), this behavior would have been noted. The first contact was Tuesday not the day after delivery you sent pictures of a basic scan tool reader, generic diagnosis, handwritten estimates with no shop name, crossed out items and more accusations like us putting on cheap brakes on the van even though they were replaced by OEM parts at the local Dodge dealer with proof on the Carfax, recommended repairs that were unwarranted and unverified. I tried to explain these shops were trying to take advantage of the situation. I offered to diagnose the van your response “and your diagnosis means nothing to me because your credibility is shot” I responded “so we could work together and understand what happened, getting it diagnosed somewhere for free to sell you work you obviously don’t need” with no understanding based on these claims. To summarize this review is misleading, insulting and inaccurate you went out of your way to slander my business. I worked hard for 15 plus years with a proven track record. You were not willing for us to look at van, diagnose and discount repair. You purchased a 165K mile vehicle AS IS for $5500, $1300 under retail market with a great history clean Carfax and in great condition. It passed PA inspection days before issue. I asked multiple times what I could do. You choose to turn down goodwill.

Excellent experience buying a car from eBZZMotors! Joe took the time to find out exactly what I was going to use the car for and what features I required in order to find me the perfect car that met my needs within a tight budget. He kept me informed every step of the way. Joe paid close attention to small details of the car and made sure it was in great shape before I bought it. He went above and beyond to check in a couple of weeks later to see how the car was running and helped me out with a question about the car. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better purchasing experience.
