Fantastic service!

Fantastic service! Very efficient check-in at front desk with Jimmy. I communicated what I was experiencing along with concerns about a couple of issues with my car. The mechanics performed over the top efficiency in servicing my car and were speedy. The overall report I was given was easy to read and my checkout gave me the confidence my car was completely taken care of! Highly recommend!

The service rep was fantastic but the facilities are

The service rep was fantastic but the facilities are shabby and big stain in poor customer service area. Old manufacture building and Sevices in another building. Poor coffee quality and uncomfortable.

The building is so old and shabby is being nice. I have been asking when you are going to have a decent building and now am being told that you are adding chargers so it’s obvious your owner is not going to do anything about the building for some far out time.
