Kudos to Raymond at the Roosevelt Lee Johnson Mazda of
Kudos to Raymond at the Roosevelt Lee Johnson Mazda of Seattle who went above and beyond when he drove to my place to assist me with locating and getting into the loaner car I had driven home the day before. Raymond was patient and understanding when he gently pointed out that the reason I couldn’t unlock the loaner was because I was trying to unlock a nearby Honda SUV, NOT the loaner Mazda vehicle parked a couple of cars away. I have been getting my car serviced there for 10 + years and am impressed with the efficient, personable service and maintenance my car has always received from the Lee Johnson Mazda team. I especially like the video that the technician sends me to show what they’ve inspected, replaced or serviced and alerted me if any additional work that my car might need. Keep up the good work!
