Excellent service

I would highly recommend anyone to come get a car from Bratton Automotive. I was given excellent service, Mr. Jimmy made sure my car was clean and worked very good! I will be getting my next car from them!

Great people

Me and my husband are looking to buy a vehicle on their lot, which is 7 hours from our home. When we made the trip we were made aware that the vehicle had an issue that had to be fixed, so we waited, a few hours, then we found out the mechanic found another issue when doing a test drive after fixing the other issue, and instead of turning us away, mr. dean was really nice and a even though, it would be easier and more cost effective to just run the vehicle through the auction and be done with it, this dealership stood by their word and chose to make sure everything is fixed and in good working condition, and they just make me feel like I can trust them, and that is something almost impossible to find in the used automobile industry. We were even given a free hat and one of the guys from the dealership showed us where the vehicle was and let us meet the mechanic, which was also a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to a friend, and so far I am very pleased with the service and the fact that they stand behind their word on their slogan.

thanks for a good deal

I bought a 05 Toyota 4 runner in amazing condition. I have owned for 3 years it has gave me no problems and runs as good as the day i bought it! There General Manager Hub Davis a great hard American worker who actually enjoys his job and provides awesome service for everyone. He helped me get financed and walked me threw the whole process. If your looking for someone to take there time with you and help you no matter what your situation is this is the best place to come! I will use Bratton or all of my future car business. Nice selection

The selection this dealership has is absolutely amazing! I spent several hours test driving and checking over the inventory in great detail to find almost all vehicles in above average condition. My family and I love the ford 250 diesel purchased from Bratton auto and will give this dealer first shot at our business in the future!

Nice selection

This dealership really has nice vehicles for sale. I spent several hours test driving and going over the inventory with lots of detail to find almost all vehicles in way above average condition. My family and I love the ford 250 we purchased and I will give Bratton automotive first shot at my business in the future.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM BRATTON AUTOMOTIVE!

On February 15, 2013, I went to Bratton Automotive. When I settled on a 1998 Cadillac, we started the sales process. Well to back track a bit, when the Cadillac was first started it didn't. So Alfred, the salesmen, said he would replace the battery and give us an oil change and it should run fine. So while we agreed on a price (which he left my husband and I alone to discuss, meanwhile he had coworkers sitting outside the door listening and when we discussed the price he magically came back with that exact number) he said he would get that taken care of along with filling the gas tank which was on [E] and had about 5 gallons in the tank. After everything was signed he said, the mechanic was actually gone today so if we come back another day he would "get us fixed up" and do everything mentioned before. Except when we said, "and the oil change as well", he said, "Well you can just go get one of those at one of those places always holding the signs for $14" Or something to that extent. OK. So the next day I started the Cadillac, it was cold out so I turned on the heat, but it didn't work. Also I noticed the car developing a "wobble". Then, on Monday, we go back to get the battery as promised. Alfred ran around for about 20 minutes then calls us into his office and tells us that his mechanic left a note, calling in, and was not going to be at work that day. Alfred then gives us his cell phone number and says, call tomorrow and I'll get you the battery. Tuesday morning I use the car to take my children to school and the "Service engine soon" light comes on. So I call Alfred, as told to, he didn't answer, I left a message. He didn't return my call and my husband finally got a hold of him after calling up to the dealership. He says he will get his mechanic to call me that day to get the battery. No call. My husband gets a hold of Alfred again and is told to come up on Wednesday and I will get my battery, I did and was told to come back in an hour, I did, then installation took an hour. Later that day I am sitting in line wait to pick up my children from school and my car dies..Takes about 7 tries before it starts up again. I go home and my husband noticed the battery is the same exact one as before ( he knew this because the old battery had some scratches on it and they were in the same place on this battery). I waited for them to change my battery for and hour, something that takes 5 min., and then I find out they didn't even change it?? Now keep in mind I know I bought an older car and I understood the car wouldn't be perfect, but it seems like everything started to break on the car as soon as I got it off the lot...Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place!!

Each and every vehicle goes through an extensive quality control check, before they make it on the lot. Our vehicles are used so we expect to have some problems from time to time, but we look at that as an opportunity to create a customer for life. In this case, Alfred brought to my attention that we had an unhappy customer. We were able to get her out of that Cadillac an into a Dodge Journey, 12 years newer than the Cadillac. We also included a warranty to give them peace of mind. After following up later, they are very happy with their Dodge Journey and thanked us for doing whatever it took to keep them happy.
