The salesperson was awesome.
The salesperson was awesome. The manager not so much. Was not impressed with the lack of transparency. Was never told financial terms. Was told financing was through one bank I was familiar with only to find out they went with a totally different company. Without letting me know. Manager was more interested in getting off work than handling my transaction. He tore out of the parking lot narrowly missing a vehicle that was backing up.

The service was fast and the customer service
The service was fast and the customer service representative was pleasant and helpful. My only concern was, I asked for a detail list of things that are due to be done at the current mileage and I didn’t get it.

Very professional.
Very professional. Love the mobile pick up of my vehicle since I live alone and am a senior citizen. Had a small mix up that he took responsibility for...& therefore gave me a bit of a discount...which he didn't have to do.
