If I could put something lower than a 1 star I would. This experience was the worst. My credit was ran and I was approved to be a co-signer for a lower down payment on my husband’s application. He waited a week for the car he wanted to be ready. Get there and they tell us that they needed more money. Long story short my husband waited a week for nothing and I got a hard credit inquiry for nothing. None of them were apologetic. They were acting as if we were being difficult. I am a very understanding person so I needed an explanation as to what was the problem. I called back a few minutes after leaving to let them know I have the information they needed. She (the wife) tells me that the deal is dead. How can the deal be dead if Karl told us he would call us tomorrow to see what could be done. So now time and credit was wasted and we were lied to. This was not a good experience at all.

My wife and I worked with Mr. Robins and couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase our vehicle. We were looking at a few different options with him and he was very patient and accommodating with our situation. Jon was very quick with any questions we had and made choosing the perfect car very easy. We will definitely be working with him in the future. Mr Robin is a great person.
