Nathan was great to work with! We have been to other dealerships and left feeling horrible with sales associates who were rude and disrespectful. But nothing like that at Ford Lincoln of Cookeville. Even in stressful financial conversations, we never felt any condescension or disrespect. Friendly Service
Went for diagnostic and the part needed to repair was not available with no eta for it. Xavier was wonderful in explaining things and very friendly and I did not feel as if he was trying to push me in any decisions.

Great customer service representative very professional and informative. But Ford is to high on labor charges and a $51 shop materials charge, come on.
