Zack took the time to review the service history for my Jeep and made recommendations that actually aligned with what I knew was coming up based on the meticulous way I track my services. He's on top of it! People like him are the reason I keep coming back to Five Star CDJR. I'm incredibly loyal to a dealership but only when a sales department and a service department both deliver excellence. Five Star CDJR does this. That's why I keep going back.
