Selling a truck, estimate from KBB, went to Carson Nissan

Selling a truck, estimate from KBB, went to Carson Nissan and they made a very offensive offer (about $1,600. KBB value $8k-$11k) I would of prefer not to be given an offer, customer service was good, but this is false advertising. Will not do any kind of business here.

My repairs included oil change, tire rotation,

My repairs included oil change, tire rotation, transmission service, drive belt, cabin filter, and right side motor mount. They had my car for the whole day and when I got there, my car was making a humming sound that wasn’t there before and Albert Guardado told me that he didn’t hear anything but as we drove around the parking lot, I told him that I can clearly hear it that they need to keep my car to fix whatever the mechanic messed up. The next day when the Manager Victor Tecorral called me to come and pick up my car, I asked him what happened and he said the mechanic forgot to lube up the motor mount and it wasn’t done correctly the first time and I asked him if they were going to accommodate me for the mechanic not properly fixing my car the first time, he told me that Albert would call me to make things right and Albert never called. I notice at this dealership that they always tried to recommend maintenance to your car that doesn’t need maintenance especially when I already had it maintenance and that they always try to get over on women of color. I will never go back to this place because I feel like they stay scamming people and tries to ruin their cars to get more money from them. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Dealership is not willing to negotiate nor take off

Dealership is not willing to negotiate nor take off dealer installed items. I’m not paying $2,200 for a dealer installed security system, $1,000 interior protection and $1,000 exterior protection. I had to walk way from the deal.

Horrible Experience

I brought my car for oil change but they didn’t reset the maintenance light.One of the guy from Nissan he said it’s a Check engine light! Horrible!! Seems like they don’t know what they’re doing..even my check tire light they don’t reset it

Bad Experience

As a woman shopping on my own I felt very manipulated. I know you have to make a sale and use sale tactics but the emotional manipulation at the end about the oh well I already gassed up the car and everything to try to make me feel bad for wanting to sleep one night on a deal was the last straw. Also when I got to finance to look at the deal the trade in amount had been put in $1000 less then what we had discussed and what had been printed out the night before. The guy in finance said oh well I guess I can do that for you. You guess? That's what was discussed. If I hadn't noticed that wouldve been an extra $1000 financed and that's a lot. Overall an experience that made me feel weird and not like a customer there but a potential check mark on their sales board for the month.

Customer Disservice

They lured me in with a 50 dollar test drive card and sold me with among other things, 2 free oil changes. I bought a new truck, haven't recieved the 50 dollar visa card despite several people saying it will be mailed. When I hit 1000 miles I dropped the truck off with an appointment only to be called several hours later to be told they can't get to it. I'd need to leave it till Monday or bring it back if I wanted the free service oil change. Once you buy a car here, you're no longer a priority. Try a different dealership.

New 2020 Nissan kick

Worst place to buy a car and take your car in for service.please save your time and take it somewhere else. I had to take my new 2020 Nissan kick in 2 times this month to get the check engine fixed

Don't trust them

They include all kind of hidden charges and don't remove them even if you caught. They make all kind of false assurances. Get everything in writing. Never ever trust a single word coming out if their mouth

EXCELLENT SERVICE AT CARSON NISSAN !!!

Carson Nissan has an EXCELLENT service department. They thoroughly check and repair your car and are all friendly and helpful. My last Service Advisor was Christopher Aya. His service was EXCELLENT! His knowledge and help was incredible. I give him 5 STARS!!!!! We have referred so many others to this dealership and they have all had awesome experiences also! This is the place to go to for sales and service!!!!
