Java Auto Sale

I was sold a car with a bad transmission and engine. Warranty covered nothing. Did nothing to help or reimburse for cost of repairs. Really bad!

Brought a 2012 Mini Cooper from Java auto 3/18/2021...Today is 3/31/2021 the car has literally fell apart since day 1 the first night I brought it home it was pouring rain and the bumper flew off on 40. No big deal my fiancé was behind me in her SUV (barely missed her car) as she witnessed it and has video of the “detachment” got home zipped tied the bumper back on and let the car sit as I was supposed to take it in for service that next Sunday to repair “check engine light” that’s right I brought a car with check engine light on? Dummy!!! I ended up testing positive for Covid and could not make appointment. Due to the excitement and the freedom of being Covid free a week and a half later I went to start up my nice “new to me” Mini Cooper with the zip tied bumper. You guessed it “click click” would not start what a shame! Got home after work stuck the key in clicking everywhere dash fuses etc. but it started drove around the neighborhood and noticed oil burning smell. Woooow wait there’s more... I get a buddy to check under the hood and do scan that revealed multiple faults including CAS module which explains the not starting. Quote from dealer wait for it.... $1200 not to mention needs new brakes rotors and ball joints. Thanks Java for making my dream of owning a Mini Cooper become a nightmare. Words of advice never buy car without getting it checked at a dealership regardless of reputation of dealership. They claim there was no known issues when they sold the car but the check engine light was on when I brought it. Lol if I were you I’d stick to dealerships don’t make the same “side car lot mistake” I made RUN!!!

I had my meticulous mechanic inspect car I bought before purchase, and he found it in excellent condition, which is a high standard. The price was quite fair, and their financing agency was very easy to work with. Somayya was my contact at Java, from initial inquiry to final purchase; she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I later learned she had only been working for Java for a month; she clearly had excellent training. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Java Auto Sales.

Purchased a used car and even got the warranty they offered. The car had multiple issues within the first despite being driven less than 2k. The warranty did not cover any expenses for the car and Java refused to admit they sold me a lemon. The cars may look nice but that's about it.

Everyone was friendly and honest about the inventory, the process of buying my car was also quick and painless! I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for great customer service and nice used cars.
