I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bulldog Kia I have always received top notch customer service. The service goes beyond the purchase of the vehicle. I’ve always had my vehicles serviced here as well. I always use Beau Wegmann as my service advisor and he is great! It is always a pleasure doing business with him. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered. It is always nice to walk into a place of business that has so many customers and have them know who you are! Thanks again Beau!

2021 Kia Seltos engine problems -car towed to Bulldog Kia

2021 Kia Seltos engine problems -car towed to Bulldog Kia 07-29-2025 but as of 08-21-25 service department will not return calls to us the customer-nor will they communicate with Kia Technical after three attempts to secure updates on repair of my car. Very sad customer service.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Communication I recently had a terrible experience at Bulldog Kia. I purchased four new tires from them, and while they were installed correctly, things quickly went downhill from there. After the installation, I was told they couldn’t balance the tires because their lift was broken. I was assured they’d follow up the next week once it was fixed, so I made an appointment. When I returned for the follow-up, I was told the lift was still broken. No apologies, just an attempt to reschedule. I agreed to come back a third time, this time also for a service recall, hoping everything would finally be sorted out. After hours of waiting for the recall to be completed, I was informed yet again that the lift was still broken. This was beyond frustrating. I attempted to contact the manager and left them a voicemail, but my call was never returned. At this point, I decided I was done. I took my car elsewhere to get the tires balanced, and I’ll never do business with this dealership again. Terrible communication, no accountability, and just an all-around waste of time. Avoid this place if you value your time and expect basic customer service.

Extremely pleased with my buying experience at Bulldog

Extremely pleased with my buying experience at Bulldog Kia! Joshua Bell was a fantastic salesman from start to finish. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful while keeping great contact and answering any questions I had. He made the purchase extra special for my teenage daughter who was getting this car coming off an accident and went the extra mile to make sure she was surprised. Patrick, also in the sales department, was very kind and helpful as well. I had previously used Kia for service with great results and will now also gladly buy another car here one day! I would also highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you Josh for the phenomenal work…we love our Sorento!

Exceptionally professional, patient, and up front about everything. My husband worked with Joe and Mike to get my parents a great deal on a lease. Called and scheduled a Kia recall appointment.

Called and scheduled a Kia recall appointment. I was quite specific as to which recall my vehicle qualified for. After driving 30 minutes to get there, I was told that the part was not available. Told to call Parts in several days to confirm that the part was in. Totally unsatisfactory — why did I bother to schedule the appointment when the part was not in stock?

With this recall in particular, it is a two-step process where the first visit is to validate the recall and order the specific part that is needed for your vehicle. Not all recalls are one-size-fits-all so this first step is extremely important to ensure you get the best care for your vehicle. The second visit would be after the parts are ordered and have arrived. We recognize that this expectation was not set and take full responsibility for not communicating this sooner.
