If I could give this place -10 stars I would this is the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever dealt with in my life. The stress of dealing with this place literally caused me to have a STROKE!!!! Do to all the mental anguish, pain and suffering. On March 11,2023 I came into the car lot in hopes of buying a reliable used vehicle. I was met but a rude man by the name of Kenny. I should've followed my first mind and left. Then the finance manager Also name Kenny told me to stay that he would give me a good deal. He sold me a 2015 Chrysler 200 with 75,200 miles on it he said the car was in perfect condition and he threw in warranty that would cover everything bump to bumper . (which was a lie) Kenny also told me that I would be able to take my car to any Chrysler dealership for repairs that would be covered under the warranty that he sold me. The same day that I purchased my vehicle March 11, 2023 4 hours later all of the lights in my dashboard came on engine, low, tire pressure, headlight just to name a few. I took the car back to the dealership on four different occasions each time I took the car back. They kept resetting the engine light telling me that nothing was wrong with the car. When I finally took the car to a Chrysler dealership, it had so many colds and so many things wrong with the car. The most concerning was the catalytic converter and also I called saying that the car was gonna say because the computer in the car was not communicating with the car, steering system, making it on site for the car to drive. To make matters worse the warranty c company told me that they would not work with any Chrysler dealerships. Not only that they told me that they couldn't tell me what repair shops they could work with. They would only be able to tell me what repair shops they wouldn't work with so now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I can't drive paying almost a $600 car note buyers beware do not ever purchased a vehicle from them. I'm a single mother and I'm a schoolteacher that fell on hard times. All the stress caused me to have a mild stroke. I'm writing to you now in my hospital bed. This was the worst mistake I've ever made in my life.!!!!!!!!! can someone please help respond to this post any suggestions?????

dont trust this dealership bad business
They held my dads SUV for 7 months for repair and never made the repairs, over the course of 2 years all service was done in this facility yet could not produce any of my service records. will be reporting them to the BBB stay away from this dealership I'm sure we are not the only ones taken by them.

This place is no good
I wrote a review back in November and I was contacted by the car lot January 21st saying they wanted to resolve the issue. It is. Now April 5th and they haven't even looked at the SUV yet. Everytime i call them I have to talk with someone new and when I call back they are always either busy or not there. I even when I'm there to talk with someone and still got the run around. I'm telling you don't buy anything from them all they want is your money and after you give it to them you will never hear from them again. If I was thirsty I wouldn't even take free water from them. They are no good

Buyer Beware!!!!
This dealership is straight up shady! Buyer beware! - Plus you have to wait a LONG time before anyone actually acknowledges that you walked in the door. - 1st id like to point out that the day before, my friend went to the dealership to browse cars and to check to see if he could get financing. They showed him a picture of the car that they promised would be coming to the lot the next day. - so the following day he went to purchase the car and they showed us the car for the 1st time and neglected to tell us that there was a big dent in the car plus scratches on the bumper. They claim they new nothing about it. In addition to that they said they were NOT going to bother fixing it. - The thing that’s most important is that my friend doesn’t have any credit established. So he was surprised when they actually found a bank (Prestige Financial) to finance him. This motivated my friend to just go ahead and purchase the car anyway. - they claim they verified the employment, etc and said everything was good to go after he paid the $500 down payment. So he signed the contract. What they didn’t tell us is that the financing wasn’t actually complete, BUT they let him drive off the lot with the car anyway. - 4 days later they asked us to come back to sign a new contract because the bank decided to change the terms of the agreement...which I though was weird. - it is now 11/21 and the financing still has not been finalized. - on 11/19 I put up a negative review of the dealership on google and they called my friend and threatened him. They said that if I don’t take the negative review down, then they would take the car back. That crap has to be illegal! They force people to give them good reviews. - I will NEVER go to this place again AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Avoid this Dealership at ALL cost
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do everything in your power to avoid buying from Route 6 Automax and DO NOT make the mistake I did by disregarding the bad reviews that you see. I purchased a Range Rover from this dealership in December and on the drive home the transmission light came on. After taking in to a mechanic, I found out the car needed an entirely new transmission, costing $19,000. After an endless, exhausting fight with the dealership, several hang-ups, being put on hold for several minutes on end to never have my call taken, cussed at by their employees numerous times, and dealing with Ed Fons who was VERY unprofessional in how he handled business for being a manager, we finally got them to agree to return the vehicle. However, it took them two months to pay off the loan they opened on the vehicle and they STILL owe me $165 for the diagnostic testing for their vehicle they made me take in to get scanned to find out what was wrong with it, even after promising through text, phone calls, and email documentation that they would reimburse me. It was all lies. I have never dealt with such a shady, dishonest, unprofessional dealership. It took me getting the state involved, the BBB, and the financing company itself to come to a resolution. Please protect yourself and avoid getting yourself into the situation I did, buy buying anywhere else.
