We recently purchased an SUV from Platinum Motors and are very happy with the professional service provided by Caleb and with the SUV we purchased. This was a remote purchase from Washington State, so we were a little concerned that the dealership was so far away from us, and we couldn't test drive the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Overall the experience was good and the dealership followed through with what was promised. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Platinum Motors in Heath, OH.

At the time of sale for my vehicle they stated the tint was legal in Ohio, but it was not. Ohio law prohibits car dealer vehicle sales with illegal tint, so they should have addressed this before selling the car. I requested reimbursement for the ticket I received as well as the replacement of the tint on the first and second row side windows, not the back windows. They refuse to reimburse the full amount because the second row windows in Ohio don't have any restrictions, same for the back window. I didn't agree to a purchase of a vehicle with mismatch tint, so I guess my next step if filing a lawsuit.
