Excellent and friendly service! I came to get the state...

Excellent and friendly service! I came to get the state vehicle safety check done for my 2018 Subaru Forester I bought in NJ. Absolutely no problem at all! The waiting area was clean and very comfortable and the coffee was great! The check revealed a filter that needed replacement in the next 90 days and I decided to get it done right away. 5 minutes later it was done and I was out of there!

Yeah, one more thing... The roof racks from Thule suck! They make terrible noise, I had to remove them, even the loud radio playing wasn't quite enough to eliminate the whistling. I felt like a fire truck responding to an emergency. Found some options on the web, but I can't believe that Thule has not resolved this issue. Any suggestions? Any reports of a sure fire solution?

Good service though was a bit unclear about when the work would be done or how I would be notified that it was complete. Would be nice to have a waiting area outside as well, I ended up going to a nearby park.

It was great. I came in for an air bag recall and the people who greet you when you pull in your car are fantastic. Very friendly and personable. When I came back at the end of the day to pick up the car, the woman who I dealt with dropping off the car remembered my name right away. I was impressed, I forget people's names right after I meet them. I also liked the ability to text the shop about the car, instead of having to call and go through a phone tree.
