They Will Try to Rip You Off

Went in for a recall, and asked for help with faulty brake lights. Was charged an initial $150 diagnostic fee, problem not resolved. They asked to run another diagnostic for $350, I told them absolutely not. Local trustworthy mechanic resolved issue for $60 parts and labor in 1 hour. He changed a blown fuse while Bay Ridge claimed all fuses were working. This is disgusting work on the part of the dealership. Can’t imagine how many customers are taken advantage of like this.

It’s been 12 days, the 2nd attempt and 1 phone call from my adviser for my 2021 Outback power lift gate malfunction. Still no progress……

Anthony was excellent throughout the process of purchasing the car, and a pleasure to work with. Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful about the financing and paperwork process. (The meeting with him did take rather a long time.) All in all, I am favorably impressed with Bay Ridge Subaru and have heard good things about the dealership from another former customer.

My dream car was waiting for me practically at the door as I entered the showroom. And it was available in just a few weeks. It was like it was meant to be. My sales associate, Anthony Grippo, was very helpful, informative, efficient, and friendly. This was the first car I ever purchased, and I could hardly believe how smooth the process was.

The dealership is beautifully newly renovated. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean and even has free Starbucks coffee! Their service department is excellent. Marc went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. My car was done with service quickly and was even detailed it for me!! I will definitely be back to Bay Ridge Subaru!
