Matt was kind,knowledgeable, and the buying process was so easy. I love my Tiguan, and would recommend anyone considering buying a Volkswagon to go yo Northtowne.

I have never had a better experience in my entire 85 yrs

I have never had a better experience in my entire 85 yrs of living on this planet with buying a vehicle!! Adam Quint is the most patient, caring and sweet young man. He showed me a new Tucson and Santa Fe. I wanted comfortable seats and safety features. He showed me how to operate my new Santa Fe is what i purchased. He came to my house and helped me set up my homelink. He has showed me the features on my new Hyundai on 2 different days. He spent over 6 hrs w/ me helping me w/ everything on my vehicle. I never thought I would enjoy buying a new vehicle but I really loved it. If anyone looking for a new or used vehicle then go see Adam at Northtowne Hyundai 1000 Stars!!!

5 stars?....NO WAY JOSE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 STARS...that's right!! Thomas and Matt were both extremely helpful friendly and efficient. They were thorough and answering any questions I had and when above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my decision regardless of what that meant for them, if that isn't putting the customer first then I don't know what is! Plane pure and simple, the best, most honest, reputable, and genuinely caring gentleman at a great dealership! I more than highly recommend, I INSIST you find out for yourself! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easy and quick.

Easy and quick. Out the door price was the same we agreed to on the phone. Test drive to driving home in about an hour. Quick and painless. Great car, certified pre-owned with plenty of warranty, perfect condition and good price. Communication was consistent throughout.

I really appreciated Robert’s approach; he was

I really appreciated Robert’s approach; he was respectful, helpful, and most importantly to me, he was no-pressure. I’m 67 and I’ve been through the buying a new car “dance” many, many times. This was my best new car buying experience, by far, thanks to Robert (and actually everyone else I met at Northtowne). I highly recommend Robert as a Salesman and Northtowne as a dealership for anyone wanting a no-hassle car shopping experience!

Best experience I've had with a dealership and salesman. Adam was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. He was very upfront, honest, and wasn't shady like you typically expect from a salesman. The process was incredibly smooth and I received an even lower price than expected. Highly recommend coming to Northtowne Hyundai and buying a car from Adam!

I had a great experience here!

I had a great experience here! I was debating between a used car and going with a new one. Matt Weaver was very patient while I test drove three cars and even more patient when I flip flopped on what I wanted to do. Ultimately I left with a 2025 Mazda Cx-5, and I couldn’t be happier!
