I was greeted and processed promptly. Texts kept me informed on the progress of the work which was completed in about 30 minutes. The results were carefully reviewed with me and after the complimentary car wash and vacuum, my car looked like new.

Honest and reliable

Always a decent experience and if you get a windshield chip don’t go anywhere else. I feel like a VIP on every visit. As to the vehicle I couldn’t be more satisfied with my forester

Fast friendly service

I signed up for a normal service on my forester. I was able to get scheduled at a convenient time and the service went well. When I set up the appointment, I left a note online about an issue that needed to be looked at. The service writer said the note didn't get through the system. Bottom line, the appointment scheduler works fine but don't try to leave any communications to the scheduler using the online screen, better to just call them.

Great service

Staff member who took my information was very friendly and courteous. The service work was completed quickly and as a bonus the car was washed and vacuumed, which was badly needed. Great service.

Excellent and pleasant

I was helped immediately and they knew why I was there. I had a recall done and a door interior replacement. All of this was done within one hour. I was also given a complimentary car wash.

Friendly efficient service

Friendly and quick meeting me upon entering the service area. Wait time was reasonable for oil, filters, tire rotation and quote for some future work. Waiting area is very nice.

Very satisfied

I found a great car at a fair price. I worked with Todd. Overall good experience. They replaced the windshield at my request AFTER I bought the car! I was very impressed and very greatful.

Very happy with this dealership; savvy treatment of customer

This dealership understands the importance of treating customers politely, doing extra stuff with no extra charge (or so it appears) Would be even nicer if service personnel emphasized to customers to have a free cup of coffee while waiting--I believe they give you a free cup anyway, but should be emphasized.

Great Experience

We had a great experience with Blake buying a new car recently. He was very friendly and helpful. We got a great value for our trade in and even an additional discount for where one of us worked. They also gave our son free snacks and drinks while he waited. Thanks, guys!

amazing

I was able to tell the awesome salesperson Danee, what kind of car I wanted, the colors I liked, and after a test drive... I bought my awesome car. Danee was helpful, answered all my million questions and walked us through everything we needed for a first time new car buyer. She then followed up a few days later to see if we had any questions. Also, their concierge service is the bomb. Megan was a wonderful help and showed us the ins and outs of the car. (again answering, with patience all my million questions). I would recommend Mark Miller to everyone that wants 1st class customer service
