Online shopping at night- I contacted the dealership through their online contact form, I received a message confirming a sales person would reach out to me during business hours the next day. I heard from Paul Reeves, who is incredibly pleasant and knew what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. I was offered a chance to get a rate match through their in-house financing department and that process was also seamless and Cory Moore was incredibly helpful. Would recommend and would go back!

Northtowne was very thorough and pleasant in the sales process. My salesman Josh Danner made sure I was taken care of at all times even post sale. The service department had a hiccup with finding the correct oil filter which lead to a less than desirable waiting time. But they advised that I could come in and have it replaced free of charge to do right by their mistake. I appreciate that as a customer.

The experience overall was top tier. The service whenever I was helped with all the questions I had about everything, quick and simple process not much of a hassle on everything which was overall great. Whenever I went into the actual dealer I was in and out in less than an hour the service was great and quick which I liked wasn’t their too long wasn’t there to short, Dillon was a huge help in everything overall.
