Northtowne was very thorough and pleasant in the sales process. My salesman Josh Danner made sure I was taken care of at all times even post sale. The service department had a hiccup with finding the correct oil filter which lead to a less than desirable waiting time. But they advised that I could come in and have it replaced free of charge to do right by their mistake. I appreciate that as a customer.

The experience overall was top tier. The service whenever I was helped with all the questions I had about everything, quick and simple process not much of a hassle on everything which was overall great. Whenever I went into the actual dealer I was in and out in less than an hour the service was great and quick which I liked wasn’t their too long wasn’t there to short, Dillon was a huge help in everything overall.

My experience at this dealership was great! Josh Danner was our sales representative and he was Phenomenal! He was very detailed, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. It took various days for us to figure out what exactly we wanted, but Josh was always very accommodating with us. He walked us through everything and answered all questions we had. We left feeling very satisfied with the car buying experience. He was never pushy, which goes a long way with us.
