Cost Less Auto

Didn’t buy the car. Had minor damage not listed anywhere. Vehicle also not what I wanted. Salesperson not pushy and was friendly. Facilitate were not the best.

Called me back very quickly. Was overall very nice. I have not gone to their sale lot yet. They seem to have a variety of vehicles.

I came to this dealership looking for a specific vehicle. When I arrived I was greated and given the keys to a truck I was there to see. The owner Bobby was no pressure. I got to check the truck out on my own and when I was ready to drive I let him know. The truck was exactly as to what he described over the phone. He answered all my questions, showed me some different history and maintenance reports, and gave me a print out of price comparisons of other trucks in the market. I did my homework before going in. I knew if the truck looked and ran good, then it was a great deal for the price. I paid in full so I don't have any input on their finance plans. Bobby was quick getting the paperwork ready and I was out driving in no time. It's been a month and a half since my purchase and I couldn't be happier with my Dodge truck.

Sent a request and e-mail online and Bobby responded quickly. Made an appointment and during the process he let me check out the vehicle myself with zero sales pressure. Answered all my questions and we made a deal. Happy with car I purchased and I will definately check out their inventory next time I'm in the market.

Very easy car buying experience. No pressure sales. Would definitely recommend.

First off I received a very quick response via email by Bobby Scott after I clicked contact dealer. I was specific in what kind of truck I wanted and they had it. The price was very good and the truck was in great condition as advertised. I'm happy to have found what I was looking for. The least thing I wanted to do was have to go to a bunch of car dealerships.

I had an excellent laid back car buying experience. Found a few different cars I was interested in. I thought the small staff was very knowledgeable about all of them. (Although I did my research ahead of time) they supplied me a CARFAX report, a DMV report, service report(s), and a market report to help me make a decision. I was surprised at how pleasant the experience. Everything was strait forward. And it's a T-shirt and jeans type of place which made the process of the sale laid back and not stuffy. I ended up buying an Acura TL. I've had it for 2 weeks now and have zero complaints with the car. In a few years when I decide to upgrade, I will definitely check out what these guys have in stock to do business again.

A+ is all I can say. I saw that they had a truck like the one that I have been looking for for sometime. Not only were they very helpful on the phone with the information that I had asked for on the truck. Mr Bill Hicks even picked me up at the airport when I flew in from out of state to look at the truck. The help that both Bob and Bill did for me in buying the truck (all car dealers should take note). As I was going to drive back they had did the checks and oil change on the truck and even (FILLED THE GAS TANK) before I drove back home. Thank you both John C,

Was interested in 2 different cars that I found on cars.com. Both were at this dealership. The store is small only a few people who work there. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgable and pleasant. I was able to make my decision and the buying process was quick. When I am ready to buy again in a few years I will definatley go back.
