Great Customer Service Overall!

I have to applaud the team here for their exceptional customer service throughout my vehicle purchasing process. I needed a new car, and had very limited time to facilitate a purchase (I work upwards of 60 hours a week), but the team here worked with my needs and found me a vehicle that suited each and every one, including budget! Working with limited time off, Amy even came in on her day off so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced signing paperwork. I work right down the street, so I was even given rides to work while we were working through the process. I was picky about color and tint, and they even made all that happen for me! This is the second time I've purchased from this dealership, first at this location, and I would not hesitate to do it again, or recommend them to anyone else, in an instant! Thanks Amy and the team at Earnhardt Hyundai!

Good experience at North Scottsdale

Ian started the process with me and James jumped in to answer all my questions and introduce me to the New Tucson. Very patient and could speak to me at my level. Good experience with all the people at this location. No pressure and very helpful.

Great, Efficient, First time Car Buying experience!

For my first time buying a brand new car I was a little hesitant, but Russ, Tony & Ian, made that hesitation disappear, making this experience that Ill always remember! I thoroughly could tell that they all wanted to help me get the car I was looking for, as well as help me understand everything that goes along with purchasing a new vehicle! I would highly recommend Earnhardt North Scottsdale to any of my friends, family, and acquaintances who are in the market for a new vehicle. The team there is fantastic! Especially the 3 above mentioned gentlemen!

No Hassle

No pressure, Bill Johnson and Jim Tonelli probed just enough to find my wants and needs. I have have purchased (7) Hyundai's from this dealership and every time I walk in to Earnhardt I'm treated like family. Tony Femiano the General Sales Manager is one of the hardest workers and nicest guys I have ever met. I keep coming back because Tony and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I would and have recommend Earnhardt Hyundai to anybody who needs a new car.
