Did not wash my car after service.

Did not wash my car after service. Left residue on rims after new tire install. The price was good, but the service could’ve been much better. Normally a good dealership but this time not a great experience. Sorry, just being honest. Thanks

I was unhappy because my advisor did NOT ask me if I wanted an oil conditioner which he charged me $24.95 for. Other than this matter I was happy with my service.

My experience with Deerfield Toyota has been OUTSTANDING! The salesman Bonnie Sahfer has helped me in the lease and purchase of my cars in the past 5 years. She is an amazing person and salesperson that goes above and beyond to help you get what you want at the best deal posible and she’s a very honest person. I will only work with her and I highly recommend her. Her assistant is also a great finance agent, very helpful with a confident and knowledgeable personality!

I am very disappointed in the management.

I am very disappointed in the management.. Bought a new 2025 Camry, I told them no add-ons to the contract, yet they added $8500 in add-ons. They refused to fix it the next day until I explained to them, better check my finance paperwork, it doesn't have my signature.. Then they the began helping me out. They said they canceled the first loan paperwork, but yet I received paperwork from the lender with the payment schedule. I went back to Toyota and they finally cancelled that loan, had me sign new paperwork. 1 month later they still havent processed the new loan, per Darren, a finance manager. He lied to me and said the problem was they were having trouble paying off my trade in. That's funny because it was a 2009 camry with a clear title. So I wouldn't trust a word from them. BTW the car is awesome, the mpg is great. But beware when you deal with this dealer.

All can say is it a shame how Deerfield Beach Toyota treats their new customers because they are losing returning customers!! This is my second Camry and my next car will be a Toyota but I will NOT purchase it at Deerfield Beach Toyota.
