Will NOT buy from again. Horrible experience.
We just purchased a family vehicle from Best Deal in Warsaw and will never return. We were told it was a one owner car, clean title and CarFax, never been in a wreck. We purchased the car from them on a weekday and took it to get cleaned and detailed from a local dealership and it was found to be in a wreck with repainted back bumper and side door. Also they found that the front bumper was ZIP TIED on, yes, plastic zip ties! We were depending on this for a safe, family car, but are now doubting it's durability. We feel lied to and will never refer anyone to this business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you will most likely receive better service, a clean facility and a car without plastic zip ties!

I have had NO complaints from any customers about a situation like this. Had you contacted me about the problem, we at Best Deal Auto Sales, having a A+ rating with the BBB would have done our best to make things right. I'm unsure if this is even a real customer and not a competitor trying to bad mouth a stand up company like us, as this has happened in the past. Usually a customer will at least mention, there name or the name of salesman, vehicle they purchased, and the date they purchased it. We DO NOT zip tie bumpers, if we had a bumper issue we have a professional body shop that will fix it correctly. As far as titles, we only sell vehicles with clean titles and offer Autochecks on all vehicles. Best Deal Auto Sales takes great pride in what we buy and sell. Feel free to call me if this is a real customer complaint.
Not happy at all.
Bought an 04 Mustang convertible from them last month. The first week, I took off the hideous bug deflector they ( or someone)had put on it.(it was brand new.Not even a scratch on it) When I took it off I realized why it was there in the first place......the fiberglass hood had a CHUNK out of it. Of course that was hidden by the bug deflector. I asked them to replace the hood......they declined. The next day I took the hood to THEIR body shop As I backed it out of the garage noticed about a half quart of oil under the car. (keep in mind that my garage is BRAND NEW) and I had not even driven this car EIGHTY miles!!! Best Deal decided they would look at it.But only AFTER I called the home office and complained. Until then I was told "sorry....it was sold AS IS." Well, they put dye in the oil, and figured out that the rear main seal, the oil pan gasket, oil filter, not to mention both valve cover gaskets had leaks. After arguing on the phone for what seemed like HOURS the salesman told me that it would cost $700 to fix the seals, and they would not pay. Another 20 minutes or so of threatening to tell every person that came into my office what junk they sell and they decided that they would fix it......IF I paid $400 for them to do it. I had NO choice, so I paid the money. So lets recap. $400 for hood and paint job ( which was broken when they sold me the car), $400 for new gaskets that were already leaking when I bought the car. So lets see.......no, I would NEVER buy another car from them.If you go there.......buyer beware!!

This gentleman had bought this particular 04 Mustang convertible fully loaded, leather, alloy wheels and all with 120,000 miles on it for only $5995 which was $1000 off the original price, plus we put all new brake pads and rotors on the car and did a rotation and balance on the tires as per the customer?s request after he checked it out. The car retailed for $8400 at the time of the sale. A week later he gave me a call saying he took the bug shield off the front of the car and found a small chunk of the fiber glass was broken off. The car came on my lot with the bug shield on it and we never touched it because the car looked good with it on. He wanted to know what we could do for him as far as replacing the entire hood for him. He said he had priced out some hoods and they were reasonable but still pretty expensive. I told him I would price out hoods for him and get him our cost on the hood and the labor to paint the hood to match the car. I found a hood and got it painted and blended to match his car for only $400 total. He accepted our offer but had no way of getting the new hood to the body shop which is located all the way in Fort Wayne Indiana. Best Deal Auto Sales again helped him out and took the hood to the body shop for him. Before he took the car to the body shop he noticed an oil leak on his garage floor which he again called and asked us what we would do for him to fix the oil leak. We got the car to our shop and diagnosed it as the rear main seal, the oil pan gasket and the valve cover gaskets we all seeping a little bit of oil, however the majority of the drip was coming from the oil filter. This was not ok for the customer and he wanted no leaks or seepage what so ever. We did estimate a $700 bill to complete all this work which did involve pulling the entire motor out of the car. He was not happy about this so we did everything at our cost and paid anything over the $400 mark which included another $200 on the bill plus gave him a loaner vehicle while his car was in the shop. In closing we did everything we possibly could to make this gentleman happy by saving him about $200 in body work, about $200 for the hood and another $300 in service work as the body work for someone just coming off the street would have been around $600-$700, the hood would have easily cost him $250-$300 and the service work would have been $700. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for over 12 years and the entire time have been members of the better business bureau. We have a perfect record with the better business bureau because of our obvious outstanding customer service. We do everything in our power to make the customer happy and we believe we are very reasonable people, however this gentleman was being unreasonable and trying to get a brand new Mustang for only $5995. When the gentleman left here he seemed very pleased with all the work and help we had given him in his situation so I was very surprised to see this negative feedback.
not too bad
Negotiated deal over phone since dealer was 100 miles away. Vehicle was pretty much as described. They hid one small issue, rock chip in windshield hidden by window sticker. Initially financed through the dealer. Financing was approved, but bank rejected it almost a month later. Fortunately, we were able to redo it through our local bank. Just caused extra headache at BMV. I will not go out of my way to purchase from them again...

I sold this vehicle to this customer. The financing was all approved, the finance company would not accept the bank contract I used,(that normally they would),so they sent the contract back to be redone on a different contract. The deal was never rejected. Besides this point the customer told me up front they were going to get it refinanced through there own finance company back home. This is NOT extra stress I put on the customer, it's always going to be a small task when switching lienholders within a month because of all the title changes.
Excellent Customer Service
Best Deal Auto sales went above and beyond my expectations in looking for a used vehicle. Being someone with subpar credit, I have had trouble getting financed for vehicles I was interested in, but Best Deal had no problem getting it done at a reasonable rate. I would suggest dealing with "Paul". He was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire proccess

Used car
My experience was terrible, the staff was uncaring and seemed to not care at all about selling the vehicle.

We at Best Deal Auto Sales have always strived to meet customer's satisfactions. We have a perfect business standing with the Better Business Bureau for 12 years and running. I'm not sure who you could be because I have had no verbal contact with an unsatisfied customer. Please, in detail, describe your issue you had. Because if we don't know, we can't help.
Poor communication - only buy if you're local!
I bought a car from Best Deals Auto Sales in Warsaw, IN, and had the toughest time getting a straight answer from anyone there. The sales associate was a young man, but it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, and I felt that I knew more about the paperwork more than he did. I requested, as part of the signing process, that some minor repairs/adjustments be made to the car, but included the installation of a navigation system. The price of the car was $1000 cheaper in the billing system, and, being an honest guy, I said it was $1000 more on the website and that's what I had agreed to. I left the dealership without my car, but signed all the paperwork and waited. The next day, I called to see where they were at, and the associate said that they had completed all of the items, except for the navigation, which he didn't have a clue as to what to do. I sent him some links from the Internet to help him. I didn't hear back from him that day, nor the next day. 4 days after I had purchased the car, I called to see where they were at with the car - the associate said that they were unable to install the navigation (seems like they never looked at their email), and that they would recommend either a cash refund or put in an aftermarket navigation that would block either my speedometer or my rear-view mirror. I decided to take the cash refund and to have them deliver the car. He said that it should be fine and the delivery fee should be free, but that he'd have to check to make sure and call me back. I never got a call back and had to call him to find out. I was put on hold, then hung up on, then had someone dial another number on my line, then put me on hold again. Finally, I started talking with the associate about where to meet and/or if they could deliver the car directly to my house. They were short-handed that day, so they were reluctant to concede any distance, and even reduced my cash refund. At this point, I just wanted to see the car that I had signed the papers for 4 days prior, so I agreed to a reduced cash refund and for them to come and deliver the car to me the next day, starting in the morning. Up until this point, I had not received any phone calls from the staff when I was told that they would call back, and I have always had to call them. That record should have told me that they would NOT send the car out in the morning; however, I hoped that they could do SOMETHING right. The next day, at noon, I called to find out where the car was to see if I needed to be home early from work to accept the car keys and sign any paperwork. The sales associate said that he hadn't even made the call to the drivers yet. I was ready to call after lunch to give a proper lambasting when the manager called and said that the drivers were on their way (soon) and that they'll arrive whenever they arrive (not a confidence booster). I did receive my car, and the repairs that were done to it did not actually meet my requirements. I was told that the TPMS was fixed, but the light was still there. I was told that the adjustments were done to the interior, and only half of it was done. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership if you need any kind of change made to the car. It appears that customers need to babysit the staff, and the manner in which this dealership does business is unprofessional. Only purchase from this dealership if you have a great price and if the car, as is, is exactly what you want.
