I drive a tractor trailer for a living so most of my correspondence has to be done via telephone. I called and eventually stopped in and was given the information that I needed but was not pushed in any way. He let the vehicle speak for itself. I took it to my mechanic and was surprised at how good of shape it was in. When I came back we signed papers and it was mine. No high pressure sales or double talk. It was a very good experience and I would buy again.

What a joke!
I went and looked at a Chevy Silverado very recently and it is nothing but a rust bucket. It would take more to repair it than the asking price which is way over priced. I don't know where they get their vehicles but i would never buy one from them.

Poor customer service
I called the dealership to ask about a car they had posted online. I asked the salesman if that was the lowest price he would take. Because most cars similar with the same amount of miles were priced quite a bit less. Instead of just telling me that's the lowest he told me to move on and look for something else. I would've bought it at that price. He lost a sale and didn't seem to mind.

Avoid wasting your time.
Poor customer service at its worst. I have purchased over 15 vehicles and never had an experience like this one. The salesperson never introduced himself. He was rude and obnoxious. Only one of the two cars we looked at even started. He wanted my mechanic and I to leave and come back another day to test drive the car. Why open your door if people cannot test drive cars before purchase. This is a huge red flag that indicates the reviewer who warned about their cars being sold without inspection may have been right. He said otherwise i could leave the full value of the car with him in cash to test drive the car today. Who would ever do something like that. We both drove late model cars worth twice the value of the prospective test drive car. I am not sure why he opened the door if he expects someone to do that. I can only suspect that when you have to prep your inventory for driving or the cars have hidden issues you may need a day to hide them. You may want them to come back later but I will never waste my time. I should have taken the warning by the other reviewer. Avoid them at all costs.
