Mack was extremely pushy and off-putting.
Mack was extremely pushy and off-putting. He was very draining to even be in the same room with. I would not recommend Mack to anyone that has introverted tendencies. I did not appreciate him playing the "Please help me feed my family" card. I'm here to buy a car, not be saddled with guilt. Also made me second guess the dealership- if you're that desperate to feed your family, are you not getting paid? Seemed very shady to me. I also just cannot emphasize how uncomfortable Mack made me. Please dont be so loud and forward, especially with introverted clients. Mack was unpleasant to the point that even though there was a car I was somewhat interested in, I was hesitant to call back because it would mean interacting with Mack. Thankfully I found a vehicle elsewhere.
