If I could give 0 stars I would, what I went through with my vehicle was horrible. Less then a year of having my vehicle my transmission went out. Not only that the first 24 hours my tire broke off. They did tow it back to dealership and fit it, but promised to fix the framing which never happened. Then was given an ext warranty so decided to use the warranty when my transmission messed up. To realize the mileage was improperly put on the warranty so it showed expired when it was not. It took them 2 months to fix that just for the warranty to give AAMCO the run around, saying it would not be covered due to not being a lubricated part. In which the part was lubricated my speed sensor was located inside the transmission which had broke off and feel into my 2nd gear Messing my transmission up. This all happened in less then a year causing me to have to give the car back and destroy my credit. I advise all car buyers to go directly to a dealership. Not a buy here pay here or and hole in the wall. I now work for Mercedes Benz corporate and if I knew what I know now would have never made this horrible mistake.

They sold me a car that was pure junk it broke down on the way to my home just after I bought it I was unable to make it to work to be able to make my finance payment because the car stayed on the side of the road more than they didn't employee parking lot so finance company cancel my find it cancel my contract defer to back to the dealership dealership comes against the car and I'll bet $100 they're not going to fix it I'm pretty much stuck up the butt and I hope it don't turn out like that but if it does you think I'm reviews were bad mine are really going to be bad and I'm going to the FTC bbb wherever the xxxx I need to go an I'm going to do my damnedest to make sure that that dealership is wiped off every xxxx finance companies list because every car they got is junk finance companies don't want a dealership is going to sell junk cars almost see if they going to do the right thing and get my car fixed or give me another one something dependable so I can get back and forth to work but when it sounds they ain't got a xxxx thing on the lot but we'll see

This dealership lies about down payments, warranties and deletes Google reviews(what dealer only has 7 short reviews after years of business”… Me not being suspecting of people like this when buying a car, ended up massively costing me in the long run. I would never ever recommend this dealer. I’ve never had a car buying experience anywhere near this.

BEWARE!! This dealer is not honest… I purchased a vehicle (with a nice sized down payment) under the impression it would be under third party warranty which was a major sell point when we purchased. Shortly after purchasing, the vehicle had issues that were unbelievable being I hadn’t had the vehicle long at all and everything seemed fine upon purchase. I was upset but not stressed because of the fact I thought it would be covered… So, upon reaching out to dealer to verify some warranty info, I was abruptly asked “What warranty?”… After exchanging strong words, I decided to eat the drastic repair cost… long story short, DO NOT TRUST THESE SALESMAN…. I’ve never bought into the “don’t trust dealership” nonsense but this is has definitely opened my eyes.

Company is trash! They won't return calls!! I canceled an extended warranty they lied to me about months ago. Company sent them a check over 3 months ago and they won't send it to my finance company. Josh is a joke, scam artist. I don't see how this place is still in business. Every person that works there is useless!

Do not waste your time!!!!! I dealt with josh he do not know how to handle business PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM HE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME HE IS A SCAM

Well, I am in the market for a car of course. Saw one I like on their page. I called 3 times and was put on hold by the receptionist and she never returned to me. Just hung up on me. So, either the car lot hired some one to man their phones that has absolutely no idea how to use a multi phone line system. OR, they are a xxxx poor company that has no clue how to run their business. Their loss, they had no idea I had cash to BUY the car. Bad service from jump. Says a lot about the prior reviews.

Scammers, do not deal with them. It is not worth it to waste your precious time and money when they are not honorable people. Just stay away.
