McPhails Auto Sales

Honest sales people at this dealership! I bought a Ford F150 from them and I was treated so fair. I want to 3 other dealerships and was not treated anything like they treated me. I will always buy my vehicles from them from now on. Thank you to Anthony Toler the finance manager for helping me with my credit.

I found a truck the dealership had listed online. It was priced well and I read the reviews for the dealership. My son and I drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and could not have been more pleased with the experience. After three weeks of shopping for a truck and numerous encounters with really pushy and rude car sales men Mcphails was a breath of fresh air. It's a family business and the sons working there are young but very helpful and professional. We worked with Andrew and Danny. We were offered a fair price for our car (300.00 above anyone else) and the price of the truck was bluebooked higher than the internet price. We didn't counter offer because we felt they were fair. The dealer fees were also lower. I'll be looking for a car in another 6 months and will be checking their website until I see one I want. They were that refreshing!

We were looking for a late model SUV, we found one on McPhails web site. When we went to the dealership we were treated with excellence. The vehicle we were interested in was as stated on line and more, we were offered a test drive and told we could take the vehicle for a couple of days to help us with our decision. In reviewing the vehicle we were interested in we found that McPhails price was several hundred dollars below Blue Book price and they offered us a very fair amount for our trade-in. To put the icing on the cake we are from a different state that doesn't have sales tax, and had concerns about how we could purchase the vehicle without paying Florida sales tax. Everyone worked with us and with the registry department from our home state to make the deal happen. Everyone that we dealt with, salesman, owner, financial manager, and yes service people were fantastic!! I hope to do business with McPhails again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I went to this store ooking for a car for my son. I was allowed to take the vehicle home over night to show him and allow him to take it to school for a day. We did not pick that vehicle but we did find something else that fit his needs better the next day on the lot. There was no pressure ever to make a purchace and I felt like the sales man laid out all of my options so that I could make an informed decision.
