I have been receiving notices to have my Toyota serviced for months. I don't drive that much and did not reach the mileage that was suggested from previous service.I went in today and was told I just needed an oil change. . I was there for 3 hours . I could have gone to Jiffy Lube or some other facility to have my oil changed in less than 3 hours.

Very nice experience as always. My service tech was very professional and thorough in discussing the maintenance needed on my car. I forgot my keyes when I left not realizing that I was using my spare key. I called and service tech said he was going to wait for me to drive back to pick up my keys. So grateful for his professionalism.

Techs upsell aggresively
Unfortunately my experience was not good. I received a call from the dealer reminding me it was time for an oil change, coincidently the dash light turned on a couple of days prior. I made an appointment for the next day at 10:40am. I arrived early and the assigned service tech was out to lunch, another tech, Alan, took my appointment. Alan presented me with 3 options for an opportunity to upsell me. I went in for an $80 oil change and his options ranged from $300 to $900. I agreed to a wheel alignment and the oil change for a total of $244. I drove home and parked the truck, the next morning I noticed a clicking sound from the gear shift when I pressed the on the brake, and as I drove there was squeaking noise when i went over rough road and pressed the brake. I looked over the paperwork and noticed it said there was an oil leak that was not mentioned when I took delivery of the truck. I immediately called and texted Alan at the dealer. I left 3 messages and finally heard back about 5 hours after my initial call. Alan apologized and told me to return to the dealer in the morning. I found it very odd when I arrived as Alan seemed to not have any recollection of me, my truck, or the conversation we had. He guided me to the desk where he proceeded to tell me there would be a $169 diagnostic fee for each of the two issues that showed up after the truck was serviced there. I expressed there should not be any charge and asked to speak to the manager. Alan stated the manager was off and insinuated the noises were somehow my fault, he again stated if I wanted them addressed I need to pay the $338. I demanded to speak to someone in charge, he called the Assistant Manager. As she walked up he briefly explained the situation in a sarcastic tone, stating I refused to pay for the Diagnostic fee. By this point I was clearly upset and expressed to her my truck needed to be checked out at their expense because those noises did not exist prior to the service. Once she heard my complaint she agreed to have the truck looked at with no charge to me. The truck was taken to the back and returned to me about 45 minutes later. The explanation I received from her was the clicking noise is the brake disengaging the gear lock and Colorados and Silverados often make the clicking sound as they age. The squeaking from the braking on rough road was debris stuck in the mechanism. She did a great job at deescalating the situation, but I can not say I am satisfied with either answer. As far as the oil leak listed in the paperwork, she said it was minor. I will seek another opinion.

When leaving I heard something fall from my truck (tool or etc.) Then I pulled over to pump gas. I had some foreign substance on the front driver side fender, and also all over the back fender by the gas tank door. I was very upset and just felt disappointed of the lack of care and unprofessional service. I paid $355.56 and I feel that something should be done. After I returned to explain this to service rep. He then took me to speak with service manager who did nothing about this. Terrible customer service care! Never ever have dealt with anything like this before.

This dealership is an absolute joke. They denied servicing my factory warranty I purchased from GM/Chevrolet for wheels and tires. I explained to the manager Kenya I purchased the Chevrolet/GM Wheel and Tire Protection plus package for my lease back in 2021 at a Chevrolet/GM dealership and never used it before, I have two rims that needed service but they said because they don't sell that package here so they can't service jt. I then call the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and they told me they can't deny factory warranty because back in 2021 the wheels and tires plus plan insurance policy was sold under GM, not a third party. I went back to the dealership and Kenya the manager said they would need to send the wheels or car out for repair and if it leaves the dealership then they don't want that liability on them if something happens to the vehicle. An absolute joke with this dealership, don't waste your time with this place if you need to purchase or service your car.

DO NOT COME HERE. They lied repeatedly to me and failed to provide services they charged for. They will say that the msrp is the mark up price. They will say they will do things and not fulfill your requests or address your concerns. THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT MULTIPLE TIMES. According to them as well they DO NOT SELL ANY CAR WITHOUT THEIR ADD ONS DESPITE IT BEING ILLEGAL TO FORCE CONSUMERS TO PURCHASE ADDS ON. My next contacts made will be the attorney general and consumer affairs. My $27,800 car turned out to be $40,000. DO NOT COME HERE. They couldn’t even be bothered to spell my legal name correctly, finalize the contract before giving me the vehicle, input my actual personal information, and then they couldn’t even. Locate my purchase because my information is all wrong in their system. As soon as I attempted to reach out the to GM to setup a meeting to discuss the issues, “he’s busy”. The secretaries don’t allow you to speak to anyone and no one cares to call or answer.

They Could Care Less
I bought my car from this dealership, had a pretty good experience - now I will NEVER go back! My Trailblazer has a turbo issue - I called service and they said they could take me first thing this morning. I arrived (35 min drive) only to have my tech PETE GARCIA inform methat I had to leave my car there for 1 week before they would evern look at it - I told him the lady who booked the appointment told me they could take me today. Pete then said "well to be honest is going to be 2 weeks before we can even look at it. What happened next is why I will never go back - Pete could care LESS that I drove 35 minutes, my wife also in another car to pick me up. He said that just the way it is. I asked if he could schedule me and call me when they are ready and i can come back. Very flay and unapologetic said NO. I told him there is no way I can be with out my car for 2-3 weeks (time they order parts). I said I would have to look at alternatives and he just walked away, no sorry, thank you for coming down, Nothing Just walked away - They could CARE LESS!!! PLEASE take my experience and save yourself this terrible experience. Please find another dealership who VALUES their customer. They have lost me, my family and all recommendations - we are a Chevy family and KEYS could care LESS.
