Great Buying Experience!
I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado pickup from Stearns. When I saw the vehicle on Cars.com, the price looked good and the pics looked good, so I went over to check it out in person. When I test drove it, I found some issues; a couple of which I knew would be pretty expensive to repair. So, assuming that's why the price was so good, I told the salesman, Hector, that I liked the truck, but that there were some issues that needed resolving. Hector discussed the issues with Rod, the General Manager. I fully expected Rod to say "the reason it's priced this way is because of those issues, we're selling it 'as is'". Instead, Rod said "Let me see what I can do". When he came back, he said he would fix all the issues if I would buy the truck for basically the asking price (actually, a little less!). Given that price, I felt that was a VERY fair deal, but I reserved the right to test the truck afterwards to make sure everything was fixed. When Hector called me to say it was ready (a quick turnaround, too!), I checked it out and found everything to be fixed to my complete satisfaction. What more could I ask? I got a great price on a great vehicle! I am very impressed with the "no-bull, let's just make this work" attitude and the overall integrity of the sales staff there. I definitely recommend visiting Stearns if you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!!!
Great Buying Experience!

Lack of communication
These people never return phone calls and for some reason they could t find me financing yet i got approved at several banks for their car problem was it was over priced and they tried to finance me than it ws worth.

I was amazed by the staff. They are all friendly and treat you like you are one of them. I went from walking in asking about cars to leaving with a 2010 BMW the next day. They are that good.

Car was as described and performed & drove well Dealer arranged for all DMV work and financing & it went smooth as well. However one problem still remains open - the car only had one remote -Dealer stated he would arrange for the additional one (a $35 item) and has not yet come through with it Other than that decent people to deal with
