Great experience. Highly recommend.

Completely seamless transaction. Smooth like a babies bottom from beginning to end. Very happy with sales staff (sales person and sales manager). Will refer for sure.

quick and friendly service

Buddy was very helpful and patience with our visit to the dealership. He spent most of the day with us. The rest of the team help out wonderfully.

Great new car buying experience

I am very satisfied with my purchase and sales associate. He fought with banks to get us the best car for the best price. Buddy was very funny while also keeping the business professional. I would recommend anyone to buy from stanley ford.in eastland.

Excellent

My experience was very pleasant and pain-free. The staff was courteous and very professional but also conveyed a warm family-type atmosphere. My salesman (Randy) was able to find exactly what I was looking for and Brad was able to give me several financing options. Overall a great experience and I will recommend Stanley Ford to friends and family!

Worked me in on short notice

I was traveling from Abilene Tx to Midlothian Tx and stopped in Eastland Tx for refreshments. When I came out of the convenience store and attempted to start my car, it wouldn't turn over. I signaled a guy that had just filled up with gas for assistance. He didn't have jumper cables, but called one of his colleagues with the Eastland police dept., who in turn came and jumped my battery which got me going again. The policeman referred me to Stanley Ford. I arrived at Stanley Ford to meet Joe Williamson in the service dept. This was about 9:30 AM, so they had already had their service jobs scheduled for the day. But they didn't turn me away. They inspected my car and determined the alternator was defective. They didn't have one in stock, but ordered a new one in, replaced the bad one and tested the system. They got me going again well before the end of the day. I am grateful to Joe Williamson and the Stanley Ford dealership for turning my unfortunate experience into a good ending.
