Horrible customer service with the service department.
Horrible customer service with the service department. I purchased a certified used Mini and have had nothing but issues with this car and the service department. 41,000 miles on my car going on the 4th set of brakes. Told me that's normal? What other brand of vehicle is that normal? I would not purchase a Mini buy something else. They don't tell you when you buy a Mini that you have to replace that brakes every 12,000 miles. Consumer fraud in my opinion. Service department doesn't answer the phone service manager doesn't call back. Poor customer service.
