Customer Service at its finest

Typically people get nervous being in a dealership but when I walked in Hyundai I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The car rep. Was easy to talk to and really showed an interest in what I wanted in a car and I really appreciate at. I'm going to refer all my friends to Hyundai so they can receive the great that I did.

Sales person

I would not have even thought to look at the Hyundai. Mr. Alyamany suggested it after I provided him with my needs. I loved the car the second I saw it!

billion vs Sid Dilloin

The only reasons I would more than likely not return to Billions Hyundai for service is: Well first of all we just don't live there. We were on vacation and ended up with car trouble. They were very good though. Although my local dealer Sid Dillon in Lincoln customer service is just so fantastic that it was really hard to compare the 2 places. We have had to return 2 times so far to have a few body defects fixed. And even though we had not purchased it at sid dillon, they were more that happy to take care of them for us. But then we have purchased 2 cars prior to this one from them. Love my Sid Dillon, Billion was great, but unfortunately no Sid Dillon.

Excellent service from the salesman to the initial finance person to getting our best possible finance terms available to signing all the paperwork to leaving the lot with my new car

New Sonata Purchase

We weren't really looking for a new car but I thought we should try out the 2017 Elantra.. My wife tried it, but felt it was to small since we have always had Sonatas. She then drove the 2016 Sonata and liked it. After some consideration we made the purchase and are very pleased with the new Sonata.

Very pushy financing department

I am very happy with the vehicle, however rather than leaving the dealership excited about my new purchase I left irritated and annoyed with my experience. The financing representative was very pushing with his attempt to sale me a warranty on the vehicle. I was very clear that I was not interested in a warranty and I had to tell him no 5 to 10 times. I warned him that I was becoming frustrated by telling him that I was starting to feel like he was pressuring me. Despite my warning, he made several other attempts to pursue a sale of the warranty to the point I almost felt like I was being forced. I was aggitated to the point that I almost wanted to walk out of the office and take my business somewhere else. I will not be a repeat customer of Billion.

Completely satisfied

Chad Hoffman was very helpful. Talked to several different people about finance,insurance and everything about the Santa Fe sport. After we did the whole deal my wife decided she wanted a different color and they did it over happily. Good people!

I would keep coming back

I have never been to a dealer that has tried to sell me something I didn't want. I had my eye on the Santa Fe and I left with the Santa Fe. Was not pressured and very happy
