Customer service was outstanding. Colin provided estimates and a time as to when my car would be ready. He explained in detail everything that my car might need in the near future along with pricing.

This is the second visit to the service department where there has been significant issues. Last visit they didn’t fill my car up with enough oil. The low oil light come on my drive home. My most recent visit resulted in the check engine light on after the end of the visit. It wasn’t on when I brought it in. They said it was a faulty sensor and could call me with a quote. A week later and I received no call back.

Took my car for an oil change and the tech while doing the routine inspection noticed a bubble on one of my tires. Jennifer immediately filed a claim and ordered my tire! Talk about great customer service!

Came thru El Paso from another state for a family emergency. During our trip, we experienced a problem with our air conditioner blowing warm air. We, called the Audi dealership and spoke with a service advisor,Colin Bailey. Colin was extremely understanding of our situation and arranged to have our vehicle checked within the following day. We were able to pick our vehicle up the following day with a fully operational air-conditioning unit, which we truly appreciated. Our experience with Colin during this time help relieve some of the stress that we were experiencing during our trip. Colin certainly represented El Paso Audi to the highest level of professionalism. If I lived in the El Paso area, I would certainly work only with Colin during any service needs for our Audi. Thank you Collin .
