Went in initially to browse. At first I was a little overwhelmed because they have so much inventory. I found a couple of SUV's I liked. I test drove them both and decided on one - a Mazda CX-5. Dave made it SO easy! He got me financing, included an extended warranty and I drove out with a new, used car. I am extremely happy and would recommend Price Auto 2 to anyone.

Initially I went to the dealership didn't see anything I liked kind of forgot about it But Dave called me With a different car and it turned out to be a 2015 Focus it runs and drives perfect I love it....... Saw the carfax felt they were honest And straightforward

Do not go here! I bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from this place in August of 2022! Let me emphasize that this was not an " As Is" sale! Within the first week my tire started losing air! About a week after that my engine started to misfire in cylinder #2! I had to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils! (200$).Within a month of that my car stopped starting without having to be jump started, every time!(225$/battery).I then found out that they sold me the car with the wrong size tires! They have 205/70/16 and they are supposed to have 205/55/16! You would think that wouldn't make that big of a deal but it does! The mechanic told me that because it's too big the tire is rubbing up against the strut and could cause a blowout!(400-700$)!! I called them to make good on the whopping 500 mile/14 day 50%parts/50%labor warranty because none of this was brought to my attention and they refused!

We bought the first car from Price in 2020, it has been an excellent car for two years, good service even during the panademic. We bought my wife a specific car she was looking for in 2022, it had a transmission problem and Price fixed it NO CHARGE to us because they felt they might have MISSED something in the prep That car is still running fantastic. I went in a month or so ago and told Eric and David that I wanted a specific type of pickup, after a few weeks they had just the truck I wanted, and I traded that first car in on the pickup. For reliable service, a dealership that stands behind their product, who offer good value, and excellent service you just have to go to Price Auto. David and Eric are nice guys to deal with. At first, I was nervous to buy from Price Auto mostly because of their history of negative reviews. I decided to give them a shot because they have a large inventory of Toyota Tacomas, which was what I was looking for. Although I can't speak to anyone else's experience, so far Eric and Dave have been friendly, understanding, and communicated clearly with me. I don't feel that I got an amazing deal, but it wasn't a high-pressure sale, and so far the truck I bought is as advertised. Of course, I had my own mechanic look over the car. They found that the rear axle seal had a leak. Price was willing to fix it (within the 30-day warranty). If you are nervous like I was, at least give them a chance. Go and judge for yourself. You might find yourself in the right car, without having to worry about all the games at a bigger dealership. Just make sure to get that second opinion before or shortly after you buy.

I AM SO GLAD that I did not read these old negative reviews before I visited this dealership! It must be in new hands? My husband and I had a great experience buying our Honda Pilot from start to finish. Eric, our salesman, was friendly and not pushy at all. He was efficient and experienced and encouraged us to ask questions. Dave in financing was very easy to work with and got us an interest rate well below expectation for our loan. We purchased a three year bumper to bumper warranty with UNLIMITED MILEAGE (to use after our 30 day dealer warranty) which is great peace of mind for a very reasonable rate. They had the two small things on our initial request list taken care of by the service department before we picked up the car. WIN/WIN! If we have a need for another used vehicle, we will be checking in with the guys at Price Auto on Manchester St. Definitely.
