This is the best used car dealership in the state of Indiana. We bought our first car there almost 18 years ago. Since then we have bought 3 other vehicles there including the one we just bought on Saturday. Our sales person John was great, but the best thing of all is since the very first time we walked through those doors the first thing we have ever seen is Roger, the manager. He never forgets a face, or their particular preference when it comes to the styles you like. He remembers my daughter and her first born daughter who is now 15. OMG my bank cant even remember my first name and I see them every Friday. Really if you need a vehicle that will last you for years stop in ask for Roger. You can even tell him that Aunt Jenny sent you. ( my nick name all the guys there gave me 15 years ago.)

What a pleasant experience buying my 2016 Jeep Cherokee last week. The customer service was great and the overall staff was great to work with.

FRAUD!! SIGNED PAPERS FOR OUR VAN THAT SAID WE PAID $900 WHEN WE PAID 2100 THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECIET FOR THE ACTUALL COST I PAID THEY REFUSED SAID WE ALREADY SIGNED THE PAPERS. THEY SAID THATS WHAT THEY DO FOR TAX PURPOSES!! I WAS TOLD BY A EMPLOYEE THAT HE WOULD DO A TUNE UP ON THE VAN AND HE ENDED UP DAMAGING MY ENGINE TO NO REPAIR I CONTACTED HIS BOSS RODGER THE GUY WHO RUNS THE ELKHART BRANCH HE TOLD ME HE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT AND NOW IS REFUSING TO TAKE MY CALLS. THE CAR COMPANY IS A JOKE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE WE DID!! HOPE YOU ALL SLEEP WELL KNOWING YOU RIP PEOPLE OFF

We had an appointment for 6:30 pm. We recieved three text confirming the appointment one which was an hour before making sure we were coming. Drove 2.5 hours to get there. Was told the equinox we made the appointment to look at was not available cause of an oil leak. I get and appreciate not wanting to sell a car leaking oil. However how about a phone call or a text letting us know it wasnt avaliable. Wasted time and wasted gas. We spent our cash money elsewhere.

They added fees into my loan without telling me!!! Including an 1800 dollar warranty they asked if I wanted and I said no!!! Screwed me and my newly wedded wife over with the cheesiest most sly smile ever! Roger or roger rabbit acts like he is a great salesman but hes just there to screw people over

Been trying for 3 months to get a problem fixed and keep getting nowhere. They say someone is going to call you and don't hear from no one.

Great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. The whole car buying process was quick and easy. They go outta their way for you to make sure your satisfied.

Awesome people! Awesome service! I would recommend to anybody. This is our second purchase from these guys and great service both times. They do not swarm you when you come in, but they help you with everything you need and answer any questions.
