We just bought a used car from HILEY- Buick- GMC-of-Fort
We just bought a used car from HILEY- Buick- GMC-of-Fort Worth with John Talley. We had shopped extensively and found good deals at 3 different dealerships. Although one of the other dealership's offer was slightly better than Hiley's, we were completely swayed by John's knowledge, experience, and trustworthiness. We liked everyone we met at Hiley, but out of all the salepeople we met at all of the dealers in west Fort Worth. John Talley is the main reason we bought the car we did. And then Ron and Taylor in Finance made us glad John was at Hiley (they give Finance people a good name!}.

I never met a mr gonzalis yet I have paper work saying
I never met a mr gonzalis yet I have paper work saying he was selling me a new car cash for 25000. Had it on paper ...came back to get the car and was told by a young lady named melody...who did all the talking for Gonzales that they sold my car and wanted me to pay extra 3000 for a car that was the same color size and brand .the car they advertised was only 20690.00 told me we don't have them in yet .Then why advertise it if you don't have them . I had to drive 600 miles for this car for them to just perk me around .and yes I do have it all on paper .

Absolutely the Worst Service Experience – Avoid at All
Absolutely the Worst Service Experience – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a vehicle from Hiley Buick GMC that has been nothing short of a nightmare from day one. It’s clear now that we were sold a lemon — the car has had issue after issue, and what’s worse is that their service department has proven completely incapable of fixing anything. We've brought the car in multiple times for the same problems, and each time we're met with vague explanations, empty promises, and delays. They either don’t know how to fix it, or they just don’t care. Either way, the incompetence is staggering. Communication is abysmal — we’re constantly the ones having to call for updates, only to be told "we're still waiting on a part" or "technician hasn't had a chance to look at it yet" even after days or weeks have passed. Meanwhile, we’re stuck without a reliable vehicle and no one at this dealership is taking accountability for the mess they sold us. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers and actually know what they’re doing. Hiley Buick GMC is not one of them.
