I recently purchased a 2004 Saturn Vue from Younes Elkasba, general manager at this dealer. After driving the car for several days the "check engine" light came on. The issue was determined to be a defective electronic control module. Even though he was not really obligated to do so, Younes had a new computer installed and paid for the repairs. He even drove it home for several days to make certain there were no other issues. Younes was also very friendly and not pushy during the sales process and was willing to negotiate the price on the vehicle. My wife and I really appreciated the way Younes went above and beyond what he was obligated to do and kept his word throughout the sales and repair process.

I purchased a vehicle for my college-age son. The salesperson was very nice and non-pushy. We got a good deal on his "new" vehicle and the salesperson was fair with his trade-in. I was a little nervous dealing with such a small dealership, but I am happy with our experience.

I bought a car from this place a couple weeks ago and I was very pleased with the vehicle and their service. They were negotiable on the price and I left with a good deal on my civic. The salesmen were not pushy and were very laid back. I def recommend them if you're looking for a good car at a good price.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Dealer would not negoiate any on price. I was in a pinch and needed a car. Wish I had waited. Car was overpriced. On to top of that dealer stated numereous times that the title had been mailed. That was a lie. Finally had to file a complaint with the Virgina Motor Vehicle Dealer Board to get the title mailed. Don't go near this dealer. Don't make the same mistake I did, you've been warned.

I shopped for a used honda civic and the sales representative was very honest and suggested for me to have a mechanic come back with me to look at the overall condition of the car before purchasing. I am really considering purchasing the vehicle after my mechanic gives me his opinion on this vehicle. I really respected the salesman suggestion and being honest with me. Thanks
