Very disappointed with my Ram service at Bergeys.

Very disappointed with my Ram service at Bergeys. I was told my truck needed a new Turbo and they had to order the parts. Said it would take a week or so. Many weeks I called. Then called. Then called. I kept getting told they'd call right back, they never did. They I even drove over to see them (25 minute drive each way) and they again promised they'd let me know asap. They never did. Still waiting for them to call me back. I wish I had other options but there are none closer so I have to suffer through their terrible service

Bergeys is the best love it there.

Bergeys is the best love it there. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable and caring and they go above and beyond for their customers. Matt and Will are absolutely amazing.

Just purchased a pre-owned car from them. Cam Jensen and the rest of the Bergy's team could not have made the process any easier. That, and the car was already reasonably priced. No obnoxious add-ons. Would buy from them in a heartbeat if the need arose.

Just purchased a pre-owned car from them. Cameron Jensen made this the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever experienced. The car was priced right. They knocked a little more off. No junk fees. Everything was very straightforward. Would do it again if I was in the market.
