From the moment we walked in the door and met Franck, we know this place is different in the best way. It was obvious that they only sell great vehicles that are beyond roadworthy. We stopped in to look at a very clean Corolla, and Franck’s honesty and openness put the car right at the top of my list of many cars I’d been looking at. It was a pleasure to meet his family/staff. They were all extraordinarily professional and friendly. We never want to step foot in a big corporate dealership again after doing business with Pumpkin. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, you’d be crazy not to check out their site. They have excellent videos, information, and even CARFAX reports. The most impressive part of the process might be how easy and quick they made the financial part. Buying a car doesn’t have to be an exhausting, all day nightmare. Second time buying a vehicle from the Pumpkin Family. Derrick took the time to show and explain the characteristics of many vehicles to us. We were undecided on the vehicle we wanted and this helped immensely. Franck explains the features of each vehicle with great detail and enthusiasm. There is no pressure and everyone is extremely friendly. Emily had all the paperwork completed quickly and accurately and made the whole buying experience very pleasurable. No doubt that the team members we did not get to interact with would have been just as helpful and friendly because of the business culture displayed.
