Portofino Fabulous
I have been buying cars for over 35 years and Cauley Ferrari provides the best buying experience of any dealership I purchased from. Very kind and down to earth. Treats everyone with dignity and respect. It me over a year to decide on my vehicle and another 9 months for delivery. Well worth the effort and wait. The Portofino is fabulous! I initially thought it might not have the track skills as the rear end cars or 12 cylinder cars. I was wrong. Faster and as sporty as you anyone can handle. I will always own a Ferrari and I will always buy fro Cauley.

Pleasant experience overall.
Engaged in a number of calls and emails about trading for a vehicle that this dealer had. Always prompt on their reply, respectful and knowledgable. We could not come to a agreement on the trade but overall and good experience.

My purchase experience was terrific. The Cauley guys were very helpful in the process as I customized my 2013 California order, making great suggestions along the way. They kept me fully informed as my car progressed through the build process in Maranello and ultimately through the delivery in Michigan. The car was delivered precisely as speced and is fabulous. Post sale, the Cauley guys are great about creating fun opportunities for Ferrari owners to get together and enjoy their cars. I would buy from these guys again.
