This dealership is awesome to work with. LJ and Masson Met all I my needs. With me being a car enthusiast I didn’t only buy one car but I told Masson the GM what else I was looking for and he found it the same day and we are currently working on another vehicle. I’m an out of state buyer and the delivery service by this dealership is amazing. If I could rate them a 10 I would do so. Thanks Mike K

Great EV
Bought my first electric car from Kia. Trinity was very helpful during the whole process. I was surprised that Kia’s EV was rated second only to Tesla. Was also surprised at the preformance of the EV. I’m sure it’s true of any EV but the charging rates are way more expensive than gas if you use public charging stations. But for just local driving, which I do a lot, it’s going to be a real money saver.

Car Lies
Will be edited as this interaction goes on, but thus far have not been met with the service we were told to expect. Our car broke down Friday (purchased from Shelor Motor Mile) and we had just bought it in March, only put 3000 miles on it myself. Shelor was of no help until we reached out to Kia. Now Kia took the car in on Monday and we were told we would have an answer by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and we should have an answer by Wednesday. Now it’s Thursday and still no answer. Which complicates things, because Shelor wants to purchase the vehicle back from us, but we have no answer from Kia as to what the issue may be and if it’s fixable under warranty or not. I guess the review itself is I would much rather have someone be honest with me than lie directly to my face and give me the pull around. We also go above and beyond and have the recordings of every interaction between dealerships telling us this and that. Customer Service failure.

I have never in my life seen such a disorganized, incompetent, lazy business. The last 3 weeks of back and forth and not a single person I've spoken to has even tried - the bare minimum - to do their job. If you're looking for a car just go elsewhere. If you're looking for service, go elsewhere. I quite literally would rather drive 45 minutes further to the next nearest Kia dealership, or 2 hours to the second next nearest Kia dealership than take my car here. All they've done is waste my time. Don't let them waste yours too.

I had a excellent experience buying my first vehicle at Lynchburg Kia. Richetta and Robert went above and beyond making sure I got a great deal on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Rechetta answered all my questions honestly and professionally and made me feel like I was being well taken care of. Chuck who financed my paperwork was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me choosing a warranty. They all take great pride in servicing their customers and making sure you leave satisfied. I will do business with them again in the future.
