They were very helpful with questions I ask.

They were very helpful with questions I ask. They got me in early with no problem. They were nice when I told them that right now I couldn’t afford a battery that they said should probably be replaced soon. No pressure.

Preston Hanna was my online salesperson who went above

Preston Hanna was my online salesperson who went above and beyond to help me get into my ford explorer. The communication was right on, working around my busy schedule. Preston and his team stayed open late for me until a deal was reached. He was on top of it throughout the entire deal. I was, and still am, very impressed with his knowledge and his commitment to helping me through the process. Hes an all around great person to work with. I will ne back to buy from Pteston again. Thank you for your hard work, Preston

I have taken several vehicles (Mustang, Full-size Transit

I have taken several vehicles (Mustang, Full-size Transit van, Bronco) here for maintenance, recalls, etc. and will keep going back as the service is professional and reasonably priced. Some places try to pressure you into buying more - this place will make suggestions, but skips the relentless upselling found elsewhere.

My wife Deanna and I were on a trip across the state to

My wife Deanna and I were on a trip across the state to take grandchildren to their new home. Our vehicle broke down 100 hundreds of miles from home. I called Bub Clary to check on my options. Jose answered the phone, made arrangements to pick us up. We were stranded. Jose and Jack worked with us and took great care to get us a brand new vehicle. If you need a new vehicle Jose and Jake are top notch and caring go see them!

I really like the people at Bud Clary Ford,. The service advisors are top notch. Friendly and caring. Their service seems more expensive than other shops. They do offer free courtesy car service for local residents.

Timely, thorough service.

Timely, thorough service. Scheduling was easy & was able to drop vehicle off before appointment time. I would recommend Tanner & his team for your vehicle service needs.

Did a simple service but did that wrong.

Did a simple service but did that wrong. Didn’t check coolant levels. Drove the car for a short trip and the check engine light came on. Called my service representative at Evergreen Lincoln she told me to check coolant levels. Then looked at my Lincoln app and it told me the same thing. Went back to Bud Clary they told me it was a thermostat issue, but they did add coolant. Since then everything has been working fine. Had to ask for all the paperwork for the service. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer.
