Good service

I bought an used Acadia 2007 looks great but no one tell us that the back door does not work properly , I discovery that after purchased it. Now I have to pay for fix it.

Affordable oil change

I had an oil change and they attempted to sync my winter tires. One sensor was bad on one tire they didn't tell me which one though. I loved that my car was washed, great addition to the service. Thanks.

Vehicle service

Pleasant customer service. Couldn't loosen the lug nuts on my tires to rotate the tires.

Truth in advertising

I purchased the 3 oil changes, 3 car washers, 3 tire rotation for 100. And purchased 4 new tires. I used my oil change at same time I got tires. But my car was still dirty when I picked it back up. Little disappointed

Professional, Attentive and Friendly

What I liked about Bud Clary was their persistence. I had reached out to a couple of other dealerships and I didnt get the attention I needed from them. Kayla gave me her personal cell which I really liked and set up a meeting the next day after work hours. The first vehicle didn't work out for me price wise but they already had one on mind that was similar which I actually liked a lot more especially since it was in my price range. They weren't pushy, respected where I wanted to keep my monthly payments and appraised my trade in while I was test driving. The finance person ended up getting me a great deal when it came time to finance. Overall I would go again and recommend to others. The only drawbacks? They could use an area for kids to wait, maybe make it more warm and cozy. Also when they checked out my trade in they weren't careful about putting things back the way they were and some things got stuck and I just ended up leaving them behind (messy car problems). I think they could have gone down on the price especially after checking out the Kelly blue book, and the finance manager really tried to push the extras which I was not interested in at all. Also I noticed both vehicles I test drove were only a quarter tank full, a full tank would have been a nice thank you especially in the freezing temps. Overall I liked them, they were all friendly and helpful. Nice not to have to travel out of town as well and keep it local. Love my vehicle as well
