Say no to selling customer info.
I would have given this dealer five stars if I was rating the purchase of our Hyundai. The salesman and the sales manager were great to deal with. My objection is that this dealer sales your information to Auto Warranty Insurance Companies. We have been swamped with phone calls from these companies, too the tune of 6-8 a day. This has been going on for months. Because of this violation I will NEVER buy another car from Auto Nation Mall of Georgia. Nothing is sacred anymore.

Car purchase
I reserved a vehicle online and received a call from the salesperson shortly thereafter to confirm the appointment. When we arrived the car was ready for a test drive and we were greeted by the salesperson. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the entire process, which was well organized and efficient. This was one of the easiest and quickest car buying experiences I ever had. I can highly recommend this dealership.

Hyundai Sonata Hybrid
The entire process took several hours. It was much longer than we had hoped for, and had actually requested a day in advance for things to be prepared as much as possible so that we could get the process handled as quickly as possible. (We had a 14 month old with us.) Everyone was very nice, but it was well over 4 hours from start to finish.

Vehicle purchase with trade-in
Brandon So was my salesman. He was courteous and respectful throughout our encounter, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the buying experience. He did not pressure me in any way to make the purchase. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from this dealer-probably won't be the last.
