I've never purchased a used car online before. Alex made the entire purchase completely smooth and hassle free. There was no pressure to purchase and no upselling involved. Yaz, the manager even spoke with me on the phone to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. That never happens in any car dealer. Whatever minor bumps came up were handled professionally and promptly. They kept their word on every single thing they promised, even driving the car to a local mechanic to get checked out for me. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Will never buy a car anywhere else.

We had a great experience at Atlanta Best Used Cars in Norcross. James was my sales representative and he was very thorough and patient which made the experience great. Buying a car can be stressful and exhausting but we actually had fun. I highly recommend James. Faz helped on the back end to close the deal. My husband and I were out to look for a car and possibly drive home with one. We had an appointment with Khan and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or uneasy about the whole transaction. They definitely are straight to the point with no hidden agendas. We will definitely spread the word around.

I am highly disappointed that they sold me a car with a known trans issue without disclosing it!! When I called a week after purchasing to inform them of recommendations from 3 different mechanics to replace transmission, was given the run-around by the manager, Faz. James, my salesman, seemed sympathetic and immediately forwarded me to his manager Faz who pretended that he couldn't hear me and put me on hold, then another employee came on and informed me to call back in 15 mins. since the manager was in meeting...obviously giving me the run-around and sad he couldn't even face my phone call. Please, if you decide to do business with them, do your due diligence and verify everything, including having your own certified mechanic do a thorough investigation. It's very disheartening to be sold a car from a dealership that you expected to be reputable, but instead are very dishonest in selling you something that obviously needed a major repair.

I dread the car hunting experience every time. But when we went, we were able to browse without being hassled by a sales person. My husband and I looked at the cars including being able to look inside because they were all unlocked. When we had questions, my husband was able to get someone immediately to assist. Khan was amazing. He was friendly, patient and very accommodating. My husband was able to get his questions answered quickly. We looked at the car we wanted one day, was able to get the total cost and come in the next morning to purchase. The purchasing process didn’t take all day but just a few hours. They fixed the issues about the car that was concerning and we left very satisfied. We are very happy and we will be back.
