WARNING!
WARNING! DO NOT GO TO TEXAN HYUNDAI ROSENBERG. I purchased a car and was told the Protection Package was not optional. It came with it. I was taken to another office to sign using a tablet. I returned to the sales rep office and was handed the papers. I reviewed the papers again several months thereafter only to realize they slipped in the MetrGuard PDR/Wheel/Windshield protection package. THIS WAS NEVER PRESENTED TO ME BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT ME TO KNOW I HAD THE OPTION TO CANCEL. The amount of $00.00 was listed as the Service Contract Price and there were no signatures at the bottom of this sheet. They knew how to avoid revealing this information. Customers have a right to know but they did not disclose. This was intentional. It is FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MISCREANTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $4,000. I saw Raul to tell him about this problem and he told me that the Finance Manager would call. He did call and told me that the price for the protection package was $00.00 so I get nothing. He said he does not care if I go elsewhere. Texan Hyundai will take you to the cleaners and not give a flip. I have free oil changes but I have decided to not return. I will go elsewhere for my service. I might even get rid of the car. I just filed a formal complaint with the CFPB and reported this dealership on the Ripoff Report. I am just starting.

This was our third car buying experience with Texan Hyundai, and our second interaction with Maranda the finance manager. We will keep coming back to Texan Hyundai because they are a class act! Marcos was our salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure all our vehicle needs were met. Our son will be driving in six months and we will be back!

This is definitely one of the most egregious dealerships
This is definitely one of the most egregious dealerships in the Houston area. We took our Hyundai Kona in for an oil change($39 coupon) and while arguing with the service manager about the validity of the coupon, noticed a Santa Cruz that was advertised to have a significant discount posted on the dealer website. After a brief discussion with their internet sales manager..I requested a written offer. The offer came back $4K higher. A subsequent conversation with the sales manager, Maranda Martin, lead to me walking away. Maranda's attitude was obnoxious and aggressive......quite unusual for someone trying to sell a vehicle. The sales associated I worked with Marcos Pacheco, agreed to remove the $4K in dealer add ons but somehow, that also resulted in the removal of the listed dealer discounts. While I could have legally forced them to honor the advertised quote, it was much easier to just find another honest dealer....there were 6 other identical vehicles in the Houston area and within 5minutes, I had two other dealers working for my business. Anyway, we ended up having the vehicle we wanted, dealer transferred to Sterling McCall Hyundai so we could complete our transaction. We won't ever be back

So extremely disappointed in the service dept. we have always had good experiences with this dealership, even referred friends. But not anymore. We took our used vehicle (2015 sonata) in for AC repair, two months and $1,500 later it is still not fixed. We have tried to pick it up four times and each time it has still been broken. Now they are saying it will be another $1,000; so $2,500 to repair an AC on a used vehicle. Given the repair history the $1,000 will probably not even fix it, they will just ask for more money once we discover it still broken. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Do not go here if you actually want your vehicle fixed. We thought a dealership would be the safest place to actually get it fixed without being taken advantage of and boy were we wrong. We Asked for another manager and were told he was as high up as we could go.

The dealership adds tinting and protective coatings on all of their cars as soon as they arrive, then adds nearly $4,000 to the advertised price of the car for a cosmetic warranty. They won't sell you a car without the warranty. Don't waste your time.

My experience with this Texan Hyundai dealer ship was classic post and flip fraud. I called and spoke with local salesman Victor about a Hyundai Tucson. I drove 1.4 hours through traffic to this dealership only to learn the vehicle I called about was not there. I test drove an identical vehicle that I was about to purchase and was told had just been sold while I was on the test drive. The very next day I called the same dealership inquiring about a similar vehicle however after asking about putting a deposit on the vehicle the next day prior to driver over an hour to this Texan Hyundai (crickets). I mean not even a text or call back. Upon looking at reviews on this dealership there were multiple reviews describing the same experience. Horrible communications and experience as a serious buyer. LOW CLASS DEALERSHIP AVOID!!!!!!!!!!
